Snohomish Station Condominiums coming along

The Snohomish Station Condo’s appear to be moving closer to completion.   The development is right across the street from Snohomish Station anchored by Fred Meyer, Kohl’s and Home Depot.   It looks like at least half of the development building is nearing the siding stage with one or two buildings already painted on the exterior.   From what I can tell the signage states that they will be offered initially at approx. $170,000.
